Haverhill Homeowners Association, Inc.
Haverhill is a private residential community located on N. Druid Hills Road in unincorporated Dekalb County, Georgia. Haverhill is located in near proximity to Emory University, Downtown Decatur, and Buckhead. The community was completed in 1977 and consists of 47 attached homes including two & three bedroom townhomes and two & three bedroom ranch style flats. There are several floor plans in the townhomes and flats, some of the townhomes consisting of basement great rooms, some townhomes and flats with fireplaces and some without. The flats have three floor plans, two & three bedroom units. All units have private fenced patios.
The community has a very active Board of Directors and community members and normally has a variety of social events, including an annual pool social for the residents and an annual community yard sale.
The community has very well maintained buildings and common property and a beautiful private pool for residents. Leasing of units is not permitted at Haverhill.
The Board contracts with a professional community management company to assist the Board in their duties and professional contractors to maintain the grounds and the pool.
